When a Caution Alert or Code Yellow is initiated, you will receive a text message and email from CatapultEMS containing summary information and a link to login to CatapultEMS.
Caution Alerts (Code Yellow) are best used for incidents that require more details or information in order to make an educated decision to escalate to an emergency or not.
During a Caution Alert (Code Yellow), the Dashboard will show the Caution Alert Details. To view the details, click on the arrow next to the Incident Type. This will provide a drop down with all the incident details given during the Caution Alert (Code Yellow)
You can submit information to your Site Safety Team by using the green and yellow buttons on your dashboard as well.
When the Caution Alert has been resolved, you will receive an alert as both a text message and email with resolution details.
