Regardless of your set up, CatapultK12 assists to ensure everyone you need is in the system and your staff know how to use it.
Integration with Aeries (student information system)
If your school uses Aeries to manage student data, then setup is minimal.
Set up an account in Aeries that has access to the necessary data.
In the “Student Data” section: Student Data, Contacts, Class Schedules/History
In the “Scheduling” section: Teacher Data, Staff Data, Course Data, Master Schedule
In the “Attendance” section: Attendance Data (ATT) Attendance History Security
Share access details (Aeries Cert and URL) with your CatapultK12 contact.
Share a hostname or IP address to access Aeries from off site.
After setup, CatapultConnect checks Aeries for any updates each night. If you use CatapultConnect to send attendance alerts (notifying guardians that their student is in class), it also checks 30 minutes before sending the alert.

Integration with any other system
