You can narrow your contact list by filtering for school, languages, grades, zip codes, and bus routes.

Since periods often differ from school to school, you are not able to filter by period at the district level. If you need to filter by period within a school, choose Back twice to return to the district dashboard, then choose View All Sites > a specific school > Send Message. |
Saved filters
If you often send to a particular filtered group, choose Save Current Filter (to the right of the “Build Filter” heading). To access a previously saved filter choose Saved Filters.

Saving a filter does not save a list of specific people, rather a set of criteria. If a new student joins your class, they automatically appear in your list of recipients as long as they match your criteria. |
