Your starting contact list depends on your responsibility within the organization (detailed below). Use filters to reduce who you send a message to. If you often send to a particular group, choose Save Current Filter so you can access it in the future (by choosing Saved Filters).

If you sign in as staff/teacher, you can contact all your student’s parents/guardians.

You can narrow your contact list using the same filters that site communication teams have, plus filter by schoolby filtering for school, guardian/job titles, languages, grades, zip codes, and bus routes. Note: since periods often differ from school to school, you are not able to filter by period at the district level. If you need to filter by period within a school, go back to the district dashboard, choose View All Sites, choose a specific school, then choose Send Message.
Saved filters
If you often send to a particular filtered group, choose Save Current Filter (to the right of the “Build Filter” heading). To access a previously saved filter choose Saved Filters.
